These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI My Business Analysis (the "Service") provided by Practical Computer Applications, Inc.("PCA," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
Access is provided to authorized users through your organization's identity provider. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party terms
- Attempt to bypass security, access controls, or rate limits
- Upload malicious code or interfere with Service operation
- Use connected social accounts to publish content you do not have rights to distribute
AI-generated content
The Service may generate suggestions, drafts, or analysis using AI models. You are responsible for reviewing output before use or publication. PCA does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Social platform integrations
When you connect third-party social accounts, you authorize the Service to act on your behalf within the scopes you approve. You remain subject to each platform's terms and policies. You may disconnect accounts at any time from Social Accounts settings.
Intellectual property
PCA retains rights in the Service software and branding. You retain rights in content you submit. You grant PCA a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PCA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or at your organization's direction. Upon termination, data handling is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
