Under construction

This page is a draft placeholder for OAuth and deployment review. The text below is not final and does not yet constitute a binding privacy policy, terms of service, or data-deletion process.

Draft — effective date to be published when this page is finalized.

Practical Computer Applications, Inc.("PCA," "we," "us") operates AI My Business Analysis(the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Service.

Information we collect

  • Account information — name, email address, and organization details from your identity provider (Keycloak).
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, session metadata, and audit logs for security and troubleshooting.
  • Business content — analysis runs, marketing plans, calendars, and documents you create in the Service.
  • Social accounts — if you connect X or other platforms, we store OAuth tokens and profile identifiers needed to publish on your behalf. We do not store your social platform password.
  • AI provider interactions — prompts and responses sent to configured LLM providers to deliver analysis features.

How we use information

  • Authenticate you and enforce access controls
  • Provide analysis, planning, and publishing features you request
  • Maintain security, audit trails, and error diagnostics
  • Improve reliability and support

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties including identity providers, cloud infrastructure (AWS), AI model providers, and social networks (e.g. X, Meta). Their use of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies. We share only the minimum data required to operate each integration.

Data retention

We retain account and business data while your organization maintains an active subscription or account. Session and audit logs are retained per our internal retention schedule. You may request deletion as described on our Data Deletion page.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), secrets management, role-based access control, and audit logging. OAuth tokens for social connections are stored in AWS Secrets Manager, not in application logs.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. Until this page is finalized, contact your organization administrator to exercise these rights.

Contact

Practical Computer Applications, Inc.. A published contact channel for privacy inquiries will be added when this policy is finalized.
