AI My Business Analysis is operated by Practical Computer Applications, Inc.. This page explains how to request deletion of personal data we process on your behalf.
What you can delete yourself
- Social accounts — remove connections from Social Accounts in the dashboard. This revokes our OAuth access and deletes stored tokens from our secrets store.
- Business content — delete or archive items you created (calendars, analysis runs, drafts) using in-app controls where available.
Request full account deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, contact your organization administrator. A dedicated data-deletion contact channel will be published on this page when it is finalized.
What we delete
Upon verified request, we will delete or anonymize, where applicable:
- User profile references in the Service database
- OAuth tokens and connected-account metadata
- Business content you specify or all content under your account
- Session and audit records subject to legal retention requirements
Timeline
We aim to confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or backup retention cycles.
Third-party platforms
Deleting data in AI My Business Analysis does not delete content already published to X, Meta, or other networks. Remove posts directly on those platforms if needed.
